    • Increase the engagement, well-being, and sense of belonging reported by our students, faculty, staff, and community members of all backgrounds.
  2. Make Georgia Tech a model campus that supports the well-being of our campus and surrounding communities.

    • Expand the EcoCommons green corridor and increase biodiversity across campus.
    • Be an example smart campus by leveraging control technology, data analytics, and AI to substantially improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
    • Integrate zero-emissions fleet vehicles powered with sustainable energy sources and increase pedestrian-friendly zones and micromobility routes.
    • Increase clean energy through increased energy efficiency, conservation, and renewable energy initiatives.
    • Realize our campus as a learning laboratory and experimental test bed by intentionally integrating sustainability education and research into our campus operations.
    • Increase circular economy approaches into the campus supply chain through sustainable procurement, local purchasing, and zero waste.
  3. Improve campus services and processes to enhance the Georgia Tech experience for all.

    • Modernize administrative systems and processes to substantially improve service quality, increase efficiency and agility, ensure compliance, and minimize risk.
    • Leverage new ERP technology, data analytics, and AI to automate and improve services, processes, decision-making, and the employee experience.
    • Strengthen an ethical culture where it is easy to do the right things and hard to do the wrong things.
    • Develop, empower, and leverage the talent of all faculty, students, and staff to make Georgia Tech an employer of choice, and reinforce a culture where everyone can contribute to the Institute’s goals.
  4. Develop the full competitive potential of Georgia Tech Athletics.

    • Implement NIL changes in a way that best serves students, engages the community, and supports the Institute’s brand and mission.
    • Complete the Athletics campaign and upgrade the stadium fan experience.
